An arts integration unit executed through a collaboration between Art I and English 10GT classes. Groups consisting of both English and Art students worked as a team to design and execute a crankie that told a story about a hero's journey.

This unit will be a collaboration between Art II Art IIGT and Environmental Science AP students. Students will practice careful listening and respond visually to the various sounds in their environment and develop an awareness of the types and volume of natural and man made sound in the environment.

|
This piece is the culminating project that reflects research into the role of visual and performing art in marginalized populations. The focus of this work is the Native American population.
